Croydon, 21 July 2016

GGP Systems Ltd (GGP), a UK-based supplier of Geographic Information and Address Management Systems, announced this week that in partnership with Bramble Hub it has officially joined the Crown Commercial Service Local Authority Software Agreement Framework – LASA (RM1059).

Thanks to Bramble Hub acting as prime contractor, GGP has become an approved sub-contractor/supplier to Local Government via RM1059.

This is another step forward for GGP as it continues to extend its offerings within the public sector. In order to be accepted on to the LASA (RM1059) Framework and be available for use by Local Government, the GGP solutions were submitted for approval against a strict set of evaluation criteria and assurance checks.

GGP is one of the leading Geographic Information Systems (GIS) suppliers nationally; with client sites located the length and breadth of the British Isles. It is British owned and based, and is focused exclusively on the UK public sector.

As well as being a leading supplier of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), GGP is also a major provider of systems for managing centralised address datasets as part of the National Land and Property Gazetteer (NLPG) and National Street Gazetteer (NSG).

Tim Maxwell, Managing Director of GGP Systems Ltd, says: “GGP Systems is very pleased that our solutions are now available via the LASA (RM1059) Framework, under Lot 11. This allows UK Local Authorities to easily and safely choose our GIS and gazetteer management solutions to support the councils core businesses.”
