The software can be used to manage the initial supply of data from the Ordnance Survey as well as change only updates.  Supporting SQL Server, Oracle(Spatial), PostgreSQL(OGC - Open Geospatial Consortium, Inc^TM) and SQLite, the GGP MasterMap Data Manager's database can be used by popular GIS supporting these published or open standards.  The software manages four out of the five MasterMap Layers (Topography, Integrated Transport Network, Address and Imagery). The GGP MasterMap Data Manager Loader enables users to store changes made to the data, ensuring accuracy and providing an audit trail.
