CONTAMINATED LAND

GGP Systems has developed a Contaminated Land Data Management Tool (GGP-CLDM) to help local authorities meet the requirements of Part IIA of the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) 1990. Efficient, easy to use and cost-effective, GGP Contaminated Land Data Management (CLDM) is an invaluable aid to effective implementation of the new regime.

PARSOL

The PARSOL (Planning and Regulatory Services Online) National Project has developed a range of standards, toolkits, specifications, schemas, systems and software to assist Local Authorities in building effective and transparent online planning and regulatory systems.

The development aims to provide answers to commonly asked planning and building regulation questions such as ‘Do I need Planning Permission?'.  To do this, the PARSOL ‘Expert System' software needs to connect to the planning-related information held in back office systems.

The Expert System software is supplied by Software AG and GGP Systems has now developed the PARSOL Connector, to allow this software to interrogate the planning constraints held in GGP overlays and the Local Land and Property Gazetteer for address details, using the NGz Web Connector.

GGP Systems receives national accreditation for its NGz Gazetteer Management Software, complying with BS7666 Read more
