FastReport is the new reporting tool for GGP GIS, and training will help you make the most of this new reporting functionality.

The FastReport course is a one day course designed for GIS Officers, and GGP Corporate and Department Administrators.

We would recommend that people attend the GGP courses up to an Advanced level before attending this course. Ideally the attendee would have some database, SQL and ODBC connectivity knowledge as well.

The FastReport tool has excellent features that allow users to: 

• Create label Reports
• Create dialogue forms
• Customise reports to produce an unlimited range of templates
  
• Create reports from two data sources
• (For example the ward and crime overlays could produce a merged report showing crimes per ward)
  
• Report with groups using GGP data
• Create Reports with charts
• Report inheritance
• Add dialogue forms to the report and also query the data
• Add footers and headers
• Use aggregate functions, like sum, minimum, maximum, average and count
