Community Information Portal boosts local services
GGP Web PortalGGP Systems has developed a Community Portal to help local authorities provide easier online access to council information.  This latest eGaz development represents a big advance in interoperability with the Portal allowing centralised access to information.  As well as boosting the provision of online services to the public, the system is also key for centralised services such as contact centres or multi-service partnerships involving organisations such as the police, education and private contractors.

GGP updated software links support Open Government

GGP integrationGGP Systems is making local authority information easier to access thanks to a new range of software interfaces that allow council information to be viewed through on-screen maps. The developments add a positional element to a wide range of council data including anti-social behaviour reports, planning applications and street lighting records. Management information generated by ‘back office' information systems can be displayed against digital mapping, analysed to identify patterns or trends and integrated with front of house systems including a council's CRM or website.
