GGP Systems provides an installation service for GGP software on either a server or a workstation.  An installation day is advised if GGP is being used for the first time or if an existing installation is being transferred from one server to another.

An installation day can include translating the OS Mapping Service Agreement datasets (OS Landline, Address Point, Integrated Transport Network, Boundary Line, Panorama and 1:10,000 and 1:50,000 Raster, and StreetView) and building an Address and Street Gazetteer.  The service can also include setting up client PCs, setting up a security system and migrating existing datasets to GGP.  There is also a dedicated OS MASTERMAP service that encompasses data loading, installation and training.

Mastermap Data loading Service

GGP provides Mastermap data loading service to customers. This service processes Mastermap source data from the OS into database files that can be viewed within GGP. The new Mastermap loader can process source data into three different database formats - Oracle, MS SQL and Postgres.
