Courses are designed to meet the needs of new, intermediate, advanced and administrator level training.
Basic Training
This course provides the basic skills for map management, gazetteer searching, printing, moving around the map, querying overlay data, measuring areas and distances and some data capture.
Intermediate Database and Drawing Training
This course covers extensive data capture, exporting maps to other applications, importing data from other systems, geocoding, measuring areas and distances and much more. The second day of the course covers advanced drawing techniques available within GGP.
Advanced Training
This course covers database querying, reporting, thematic mapping, spatial analysis, notification, hot spot analysis and much more.
System Administration Training
This course covers the installation of GGP, either on a Network or Stand-Alone, Translating OS Data, Data Sharing, Network Access Rights, User Control and much more.
Database Linking Training
This course explains how to link your databases to GGP, and how to create an application from scratch that links to GGP. It covers Read/Write links, View links, table lookups and linking external files to GGP.
FastReport Training
FastReport is a the new reporting tool for GGP GIS. With FastReport, GGP users can create charts, use report inheritance, create dialog forms, create reports using 2 or more data sources (For example the ward and crime overlays could produce a merged report showing crimes per ward), create table reports, print labels, add footers and headers, use aggregate functions (sum, min, max, avg, count) etc.
