Ordnance Survey MasterMap updates simplified with GGP software

Managing Ordnance Survey MasterMap updates is set to become a lot easier thanks to a new development from GGP Systems. The company has launched a new software tool that simplifies and speeds up the loading and updating of MasterMap data. Designed as an open-standard the MasterMap Data Manager provides a Mastermap database accessible to multiple GIS vendors on the most common database vendor environments.

Community Information Portal boosts local services

GGP Systems has developed a Community Portal to help local authorities provide easier online access to council information. This latest eGaz development represents a big advance in interoperability with the Portal allowing centralised access to information. As well as boosting the provision of online services to the public, the system is also key for centralised services such as contact centres or multi-service partnerships involving organisations such as the police, education and private contractors.
