Croydon, UK, 3 February 2010 - GGP Systems is planning to host a series
of gazetteer management seminars for
Fire and Rescue Services across the UK. There is an upcoming free seminar being held on Friday 5th March at Warwick Castle.
The ‘Addressing Issues’ seminar will
feature an update on the development of the National Land and Property
Gazetteer from custodians and addressing specialists. This will be accompanied by a series of case
studies from organisations that have already implemented the data and are using
it on a day-to-day basis to gain service improvements and operational
efficiencies.
We
would like to give people in the Fire and Rescue sector the opportunity to get
together to discuss the issues surrounding effective gazetteer management and
to see how organisations are reaping the benefits from the right solution.
We
are currently assessing the interest by region and will proceed on this basis.
